Twelve rooms in a renovated villa, with a garden, pool and shared lounge area. Every room has a small kitchenette and a coffee machine, so mornings can start whenever you like.
There is no reception desk or breakfast service. Check-in works independently of reception hours, and the rooms are cleaned between stays.

The sea is just a few minutes away on foot, while the centre of San Vito Lo Capo is a ten-minute walk. The house sits above the marina in an elegant residential neighbourhood, close to town while offering a quieter setting to come back to.
Spend the morning at the beach, come back for an afternoon by the pool and walk into town in the evening. Everything is close enough to leave the car behind.
